Shipping & Return Policies
Orders processed during the week generally ship the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders that are placed over the weekend are usually processed by Tuesday. You will receive an email as soon as your order is processed.
I make every effort to keep the inventory current, however there are times when a product sells out before I am able to update the site. If this happens, you will be sent an email letting you know the item you ordered is out of stock, as well as when the next shipment is due to arrive. You will then have the option of proceeding with the order or receiving a refund.
Due to health concerns, I cannot except returns on undergarments, breast pads, breast pumps or accessories. Breast pumps and accessories are single user items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Breast pump rentals are contracted for a specified length of time and may not be returned early for a refund. All other items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original packaging with tags attached.
